proyectoamil invites you to enjoy an open-air cinema evening featuring a screening of HOW TO LIVE by British artist Martin Creed.
Presented in the context of his solo exhibition A Crumpled Sheet of Paper in the Shape of a Ball and Other Works, on view at proyectoamil in December 2025, the artist introduces in Lima the first rough cut of HOW TO LIVE, offering a unique opportunity to engage with his cinematic practice.
The film follows the growth of a boy as seen through the eyes — and the hair — of a young woman. Structured in episodes that move through conception, early childhood memories, adolescence, artistic education, and first love, it unfolds like a fragmented memory that assembles and disassembles before us.
