From Tuesday the 1st March until the 21st April, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2 – 7 pm the artist in residence at Proyecto AMIL, Martin Gustavsson, opens the doors to his studio (the principal exhibition space of Proyecto AMIL) to accept visits from students, artists, audiovisual creatives, researchers and the general public.
During the first month of his residency, Gustavsson has created new paintings and other medias, which can be seen as works in progress in the Open Studio.
The Open Studio seeks to create networks of collaboration and communication between the artist and the Lima community, in doing so using the Proyecto AMIL space as a place for exchange and encounter.
Martin will continue to work actively throughout the month of March, and all who are interested in meeting the artist are invited.
