Project AMIL and Buh Records present a new edition of RUIDISMOS, a series of concerts dedicated to present different sound proposals from the experimental underground of Lima and abroad.
For the fifth edition, we will show the sounds of a renewed Lima scene. A new generation of artists, who’s interests range from new technology and DIY culture, have begun to gain visibility thanks to the success of events held in innovative locations such as alternative spaces and private homes. In both contexts, extreme music mixes with dance culture, genres which don’t inherently meet.
Eight new projects will be presented in the basement of the Camino Real Shopping Center, in what will be an unexpected night full of dissonance and hypnotic beats; where dance-punk music, loud rock and sound experiments will come together.
Paundra, Abel Castro and Paola Torres Núñez del Prado, present some of the new directions that electronic experimentation has taken in Lima; Anal Coma Consortium and Specto Caligo will provide the experimental rock; Server and Dj Saló bring their fresh proposals of ‘Italo-disco’ and ‘dark-techno’, the perfect prelude for the presentation, directly from Mexico, of his imperial majesty Silverio: the widely known electronic artist who makes radical and daring performances.
